AK Services provides flat sawing, electric slab sawing, wall sawing, and wire sawing for the full range of commercial and infrastructure cutting applications. Our diamond blade equipment delivers precise, straight cuts with controlled depth in reinforced slabs, pavements, bridges, and structural walls, with minimal vibration in occupied buildings and sensitive infrastructure.
Rotary diamond core drilling produces exact circular openings for utility penetrations, conduit sleeves, HVAC openings, and structural sampling. AK Services provides standard and specialty diameter drilling, starting at ½″, with the ability to accommodate unique project needs.
AK Services provides structural epoxy injection solutions designed to restore strength and structural integrity in cracks throughout bridges, columns, parking decks, and foundation walls. For active water infiltration, we utilize hydrophobic and hydrophilic urethane injection systems that react upon contact with moisture to create durable seals in tunnels, vaults, retaining walls, tanks, and below-grade structures.
Not every project calls for total removal. AK Services performs controlled structural modifications, creating new openings, widening passages, removing slabs and walls, while protecting adjacent structures and live utilities. Our selective demolition uses precision cutting to minimize collateral damage and leave behind clean, workable surfaces.
